Terms of Service
Last updated July 10, 2026. How homeowners and contractors use NEXTPROSYNC.
These Terms govern your use of NEXTPROSYNC services operated by NextProSync LLC.
1. Homeowner service requests
By submitting a service request you represent that the information provided is accurate. You authorize NEXTPROSYNC and its screened contractors to contact you by phone, text, or email about your job, including through automated systems where permitted by law.
NEXTPROSYNC reviews requests before matching; we do not guarantee a contractor will be available in your area or timeframe.
2. Contractor program
Contractors must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and credentials as submitted during onboarding. NEXTPROSYNC may approve, suspend, or remove contractors at its discretion.
Contractors pay per accepted lead (CPL) or per completed job (CPA) under pricing agreed at onboarding. Lead volume is not guaranteed. Chargebacks, disputes, and payment failures are handled per program rules communicated in the contractor panel.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, submit fraudulent requests, scrape data, or interfere with system operation. We may block access for abuse or violation of these Terms.
4. Home identity and service history
Service requests that include a street address, ZIP code, and phone may be linked under a private home identity derived from those fields. That linkage supports routing and optional homeowner history views. Service history may exist without an account; an optional homeowner account can link homes via user_home_links.
Contractors matched to a job receive the job details needed to respond, not a publicly sold cross-home dossier. Product details: Your home's record.
5. Disclaimers
NEXTPROSYNC is a lead routing platform, not a contractor. We do not perform work on your property. Contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own work, warranties, and compliance.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
